End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Please read this End-User License Agreement (EULA) carefully before using the Car Codes mobile application developed by CarCodes.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the App.
1.License Grant: The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
2.Intellectual Property: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
3.Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this EULA. You shall not, under any circumstances: a) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. b) Use the App to distribute, transmit, or store any material that is objectionable, offensive, or violates any third-party rights. c) Use the App to engage in any abusive, harassing, or harmful behavior towards other users or the Developer.
4.Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the App. The Developer may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA.
5.Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the App, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of this EULA.
7.Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8.Severability: If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
